Mary Gress has spent her entire career living inside the problem she now solves. Carrying the bag in life sciences sales taught her exactly what it costs an organization when the right technology arrives before the right foundation does.

She launched biologics, trained sales teams, and earned her MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing at Saint Joseph's University. She understood the quota pressure, the compliance complexity, and the skepticism of a team handed yet another new tool.

Then AI started making headlines. She dove in, got certified, and started creating content at the intersection of both worlds.
